BJ's Wholesale Club

Kevin needs to stop messing up the pickup orders. I get it he’s admin but he comes down to “help” and makes everyone super late because he doesn’t communicate. Currently waiting half an hour over pickup time because of his mistake. Even the employees have had enough. Love the store but yall need to address the Kevin situation.

I do most of my grocery shopping here for a family of 5. The meats, fruit, veg and snacks always work out cheaper from here. Staff are helpful and friendly, sometimes collecting an order had been delayed due to staff shortages but most of the time it's fine. I always get my gas here, the prices are good! The freshly cooked chickens are great value and yummy! It's well with getting the BJ's credit card and making use of the cash back.

It is a no muss no fuss BJ's location. The staff has gotten a lot friendlier recently compared to past visits and the selection remains top notch! The fuel area is a bit more chaotic than it needs to be but without a wholesale (no pun intended) redesign it is what it is.

So I came in the other day to get a price compensation due to it went down in 30 days normally. I have a great time with staff. So within 30 days if the price goes down they will give you the difference. This time staff gave me a hard time. I'm a veteran in two different branches and the lady there had an attitude so she calls her manager and then they started talking in Spanish. Now I look Caucasian and what they said wasn't nice. I got upset then to find out that he wasn't the store manager. He was an assistant manager. Now the first girl told me there was a 2-week. Then a manager told me it was a 30-day. And the first lady kept arguing in front of the store. GM (general manager) I will tell you I never felt so humiliated from the get-go. I speak Spanish and just because I look white this should have never happened. I will never go to BJ's again and my card ends in February but we're not renewing and definitely not going to this one. So just be aware you can always have a good time but watch out for Nicole and her counterpart so-called manager who's really an assistant whose name is Ales M.. Have a blessed day everybody 🇺🇸

This place is a trap. You walk in only wanting to get a couple things and that turns into much more lol. The facility is always and organized, even the bathrooms. The staff is friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. They have a huge selection of just about everything. Some items can be a seasonal stocking but have no complaints. The really nice things are you never really have to wait in a long line and the crowd of shoppers tend to be nice as well. Would recommend getting a membership!
